We have experience with all stages of the product design process, right from initial concept work through to design for manufacture. We will work closely with you to ensure you get the service that is relevant for you – no upsold design services here!

Our approach

New to the design process? We often use the double diamond to describe the general approach to developing great solutions. The combination of divergent stages to rapidly explore a wide range of ideas combined with convergent testing ensures that we address the core problem that you are aiming to solve.

What might our collaboration look like?

As you'll be working directly with our design team, we will customise the process directly to your project. To illustrate this, let's take a medium-sized, 12 week project and break down what was involved.

Research

Understanding the user of your idea is key to making sure you tackle the core problem. We can help identify this through hands-on user workshops. Mapping the design space is also key, so we often support IP searches and can complete competitor reports.
